Alternate Transportation Forms must be submitted if a student wishes to not ride the bus home from an event. It is the policy of the Westfield Band Program that students are only allowed to leave an event with a parent or guardian after they have checked their student out with their bus chaperone at the conclusion of the event. Forms must be submitted the Thursday before the event by 11pm.
