[趣旨] 英国ヨーク大学よりデレク・アトリッジ名誉教授をお招きし、モダニズム文学を代表するアイルランド出身の作家ジェイムズ・ジョイス（1882~1941）とその系譜に連なる現代作家についての国際シンポジウムを開催します。

Summary: Professor Emeritus Derek Attridge from the University of York, UK, and scholars based in Japan will take part in an international symposium on the Irish writer James Joyce (1882-1941), one of the leading figures in modernist literature, and contemporary British and Irish writers in his lineage.
