Maintain Don't Gain Fitness Challenge
The holidays are here and with them come spending time with family, friends and good eating. That good eating can get us in trouble. On average, we gain from 5 to 10 pounds depending on how much & often you eat. Join the Health & Wellness Ministry's 3rd Maintain, Don’t Gain fitness challenge, December 8th to January 5th. The Kick Off Event on Saturday, December 8th will feature Zumba with Nataki Green from 9 - 10 am in James E Green Fellowship Hall. There will be 3 great prizes awarded to our top individuals who lose the most! In order to be eligible to win you will need to weigh in on December 8th & weigh out on Jan 5th. Be intentional with frequent exercise activities and controlled food intake.
