CIAO Kenosha New Member Form (Women group)
Mission Statement: To assist, support, and sustain the Italian American Club, our members, our Italian culture and heritage, and our community, by sharing of our time, talents and treasures.

Dues are $125 per year, payable at your first meeting, and prorated based on when you join.  Membership fee includes 5 dinner meetings, discounted events, and 10% off every time you visit the restaurant.
