Reservations are taken in the order we receive checks (see cancellation policy below*). We will email registered participants the trip "information sheet" with details of what you need to bring, etc.

*Cancellation policy“If you need to cancel for any reason, and there are at least thirty days before the start of the trip, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel 7-29 days before the trip, the leader will make every effort to give you a full refund, but since some accommodations will not refund cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, we are not always able to refund your fee. If there is a waiting list or other participants to take your spot, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel less than 7 days before the trip, the leader(s) will still make every effort to refund your fee, though in some circumstances this is not possible due to food purchases being made or accommodation reservations being non-refundable. At the discretion of the leaders, participants who cancel their reservation and do not receive a refund may be able to apply their fees to a future trip with the Family Outings Committee.” Thank you for registering and we look forward to a fabulous camping trip together!
