After completing this form, you will be contacted by Lauren Ferguson (Director at St. Stephen Presbyterian Day School) with more information and a link to register for Procare. Procare is the software program used to enroll, track, invoice, and communicate with families.

Please complete one form per child.

DATES: July 24-28 / July 31-Aug 4

TIME: 9:30-12:30 (we will have lunch but NOT nap!)

Cost: $185/wk, includes a non-refundable registration fee ($25) due at time of sign up, remaining balance due by 5/1. No refunds will be issued after 7/1.
