シェフがご自宅や別荘まで行きお料理を提供するサービスです。

事前に御相談を頂きメニュー等を提案いたします。お客様の大事なキッチンや包丁以外の調理道具等をお借りし、調理を致します。その他、グラス・お皿・カトラリー・お箸等の御準備もお客様ご自身でお願い致します。

お客様はテーブルに座っているだけで大丈夫です。

ご自宅にないものがありましたら、事前にご連絡頂ければ調理器具、お皿類〜カトラリーをこちらで全てご用意致します。

料理の提供が終わったあとのお片付け洗い、物等もこちらでやりますのでご安心ください。

お人数は２名様〜２０名様までお受けいたします。

ビュッフェ式ケータリングコースのみ20名様〜200名様までご対応致します。

現在出張可能エリアは北海道各地になります。

出張が決まり次第、事前にコース内容をお送りさせていただきます。

※全てのお料理コースに和牛と豪華海鮮使用致します。

※ビュッフェ式ケータリングパーティーコースは和洋中合わせた特別ビュッフェコースになります。

※お料理代のほかに別途出張料15,000～45,000円と税金（10％）が必要になります。予めご了承下さい。(出張場所やお客様の人数により派遣スタッフの人数が変動するため)

※料理のジャンルによって異なりますが基本スタイルはこちらになります（おまかせコースのみ品数変動あり）

This is a service where a chef will come to your home or villa to prepare your meal.
We will consult with you in advance and suggest a menu. We will use your precious kitchen and cooking utensils other than knives to cook. In addition, we ask that you prepare your own glasses, plates, cutlery, chopsticks, etc.

All you have to do is sit at the table.

If there is anything you don't have at home, please contact us in advance and we will prepare all the cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery.

We will also clean up and wash the dishes after the food is served, so please don't worry.

We can accommodate 2 to 20 people.

We can accommodate 20 to 200 people for buffet-style catering courses only.

Currently, we can provide business trips to all areas of Hokkaido.

We will send you the course details in advance as soon as the business trip is decided.

* Wagyu beef and luxurious seafood are used in all food courses.

* The buffet-style catering party course is a special buffet course that combines Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine.

*In addition to the cost of the food, a separate travel fee of 15,000 to 60,000 yen and tax (10%) will be charged. Please be aware of this in advance. (The number of staff dispatched will vary depending on the location and number of customers.)
