Thank you for your interest in our Frenchie Famille ambassador program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must be 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any application or terminate your participation in our program at any time for any reason.

Commission

As an affiliate, you will receive a commission on all sales made through your unique referral link. Commission rates may vary and will be determined by our affiliate manager. The commission will be paid each month for the previous month's sales.

Invoicing

An invoice template and sale summary will be sent to you at the beginning of each new month for the commissions earned the month prior. The invoice must be returned within 14 days of receipt unless previously approved by the affiliate manager. Any delay in returning the invoice may result in a delay in payment.

Promotional Materials

All promotional materials, including text links, banners, and images, may be provided to you by our affiliate manager upon request. You may use these materials on your website, blog, or social media channels. However, you must not use any promotional materials that have not been approved by our affiliate manager.

Content Usage

All content provided to you by us can be used for all channels, including paid ads upon our discretion. However, you must not use any content or IP that has not been approved by our affiliate manager. Any unauthorised use of our content or IP may result in the termination of your participation in our program.

Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

a. Promoting our brand in a way that is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive;

b. Using spam or any other unethical means to promote our brand;

c. Bidding on our brand name or any related keywords in search engine advertising campaigns;

d. Direct linking to our website from search engine advertising campaigns;

e. Promoting our brand on any offensive websites.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our program at any time for any reason. If we determine that you have violated any of our terms and conditions, we may withhold any unpaid commissions and/or terminate your participation in our program.

Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email. Your continued participation in our program after any modification to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in our affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
