Jackson County 4-H Presentation Day Scripts
Following the completion of Presentation Day, we will recognize the incredible talents of our 4-Hers at a Public Performance held on July 15, at 6:30 PM at the JCC Performing Arts Center. 

You will complete one of these forms for each exhibit you plan on going on stage with. If you are not planning on performing on stage or wearing your garment on stage you do not need to fill out this form.
