The Sequestered: A Micro Short Online Film Festival
Thank you for your interest in The Sequestered: A Micro Short Film Festival!
This is a phones-only weekly festival for those in isolation, quarantine, and "shelter in place".
As of this past week, this little low-fi festival has kindled 55 new shorts from all over the world.

Want to participate? You're in the right place. No signup necessary to participate, but fill out this form to receive our Saturday email with the prompt.

A prompt will be announced Saturday afternoon, and participants will have until the following Friday to write, create, edit and email a link to their original short film.

THE RULES
-All submissions must be created this week, according to the rules below

-All films must be between 1 minute - 5 minutes in length (if you're adding titles, keep them under 15 seconds)

-The prompt must be used as an integral part of the film. It can be represented literally, in dialogue, metaphorically, however you see fit!

-All films must be shot on a phone. You can edit however and with whatever you like, but no fancy cameras!

-All films must use one of the filmmaker's "shelter in place" / quarantine for the location. You are able to use any part of your property- that can include your apartment's lobby, but not the sidewalk across the street.
