Executive Vice President: Second in command. In the absence of the President or in the event of his/her inability or refusal to act, it shall then be the responsibility of the EVP to perform all the duties of the President. In doing so, the EVP shall have all the authority and powers and shall be subject to all of the restrictions on the President.

Secretary: Responsible for recording the minutes of all Board meetings where business is conducted, following the order determined by the Board. The Secretary will prepare the meeting minutes. A copy of the minutes will be emailed to each Board member within five business days after the meeting.

VP of Donor Relations: Manage the annual donation drive process, maintain donor records, distribute donor gifts and thank you receipts, and perform other tasks as needed. May also work with a team of Board Members, including the Vice President of Hospitality, to provide an annual appreciation event.

VP of Art Program: Manage the annual CHEF Arts Awards Initiative by collaborating with the Cerritos High Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) Department, Career Technology Education (CTE), specifically the Design, Visual & Media Arts, and Production & Managerial Arts Pathways, and the three Special Education Programs. This initiative will promote and celebrate the artistic talents of Cerritos High students.

Senior Support Chair: Manage the support of the graduating class students and families. During the first half of the school year, the focus is supporting the college application process and collaborating with Cerritos High Counseling Department. During the second half of the school year, the focus is supporting graduation and celebration, including hosting a Senior Luncheon and managing a fundraiser (Senior Electronic Marquee Shoutout and Yard Sign Sales). Unlike other officers, this position typically serves a one-year term as the chairperson often has one student graduating within a year.

Scholarship Committee Chair: Manage the senior scholarship and junior scholarship programs, creating essay contest prompts by winter break, collecting entries, managing the essay reading and scoring process, and selecting winners accordingly for awards towards the last quarter of the school year.

Governance Chair: Manage self-governance-related responsibilities per Board guidelines, including but not limited to Bylaws Amendments, internal audit, and nomination of board members.
