Spots will be first 100 to signup with a waiting list of 20. (We did not exceed 100 Tournament Participants first two weeks posted so no lottery needed.) 

The registration link will display "No Spots Left Texas Hold'em Poker Fundraiser" when it is filled, indicating that the capacity has been reached. 

*You will not be notified if the signup has already changed to “No Spots Left.

Participants assume you are in unless notified that we are full. Waiting list if we have one will be notified that you are on the waiting list and position on it. (Events usually have drop outs so we probably will be able to accommodate our waiting list.)

Donate Entry and Prizes

100 Player Texas Hold'em Tournament. 

Full Stack of chips $10 Cash Donation to Union Toy Drive. 

Half Stack More $10 Additional Cash Donation to Toy Drive. 

Rebuy Full Stack $20 Cash Donation to Union Toy Drive (Limited Time and Quantity) 

Top finishers will receive donated prizes and Top 3 finishers will also receive a placement trophy. 

Early Out People welcome to start a NO money game at empty table(s)

8:15-8:30 Break and Seat reassignments

9:45-10pm Break and Seat reassignments

12:30am Chip Count Winners if no true winner

2) Non Alcoholic Drinks (No Cost)
Hall fridge will have soda, fizzy water, and water

3) Alcoholic Drinks Cost $5+ Donation per drink (Double Shot $8) 

(No change given so bring exact or make a generous donation to Toy Drive)

Professional Bar Service of Beer, Cider, Hard Seltzer and Mixed drinks. 

Alcohol pouring service per OLCC guidelines with reserved rights to not serve.

Bartender at their station and additional Server stopping at tables.

Please remember to tip your Servers.

No Outside Alcoholic Drinks Allowed.

Volunteer for Local 48’s annual tradition of doing the lighting setup at The Grotto! This year’s event is on Saturday, October 25th, and it will run from 8:00am to early afternoon. Lunch will be provided, and friends and family of members are welcome to volunteer as well!
There are a limited number of volunteer spots available, so sign up today using the online form at the link below!
We’ll be having a special event at the hall this year to support the holiday toy drive. Members that bring a new toy to the hall from 11am to 2pm on Saturday, December 6th can have a picture taken with Santa!
We’ll have cookies and hot chocolate in the meeting hall, and there will be holiday movies playing as well. Be sure to bring the family to this fun and festive event!
This holiday season we’re conducting a 50/50 raffle to support the holiday toy drive! Half of the raffle funds will go to the winner, and the other half will be used for the toy drive.
Tickets are $1.00 each (cash only). They can be purchased at the Member Services window or through stewards at job sites.
The winning number will be drawn at the Local 48 Holiday Banquet on December 5th. You do not need to be present to win. The winning number will also be posted on our web site and Facebook and Instagram accounts.
