Section A. Bunk Style Cabins

These cabins have 8 bunks (sleeps 16), community style bathrooms (6 vanity sinks, 4 toilets, 3 showers, 1 tub with shower), and a small meeting space with soft seating for 10 people. Cabins are ADA compliant. No linens provided, bring your own twin size sheets, blanket, pillow, towel, washcloth.

Section B. Bunk Style Houses

These houses have separate bedrooms with bunks. No linens provided, bring your own twin size sheets, blanket, pillow, towel, washcloth.

1 night - $1200 2 nights - $1800 3 nights $2100

Burleson Bunkhouse - 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 11 bunks (sleeps 22), a living room seats 10-15.

Clay Bunkhouse - 4 bedrooms ea with 4 bunks and a bath. (sleeps 32) no living room.

Section C. Guest Houses with Linens

(includes sheets, light comforter, pillow, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, 1 bathmat

Each house has a living room style meeting space with soft seating for approx 15 people, a mini refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Farmhouse: 1 night = $2000, 2 nights = $3200,

3 nights = $3700

Seguin: 1 night = $1600, 2 nights = $2600,

3 nights = $3000

Farmhouse - 24 twin beds, 9 bedrooms, 8 baths rooms, 3 floor levels

Seguin - 19 twin beds, 5 bedrooms each with a full bath, all ground level

Section D. Guest Rooms with Linens

($100 per night)

San Jacinto - 2 queen beds, bath, Keurig, mini fridge

Alamo - 2 queen beds, bath, Keurig, mini fridge

Goliad - 2 queen beds, bath, Keurig, mini fridge

Gonzalez - 1 King bed, 2 twin beds, bath, Keurig, mini fridge

Bexar - 1 King bed, 2 twin beds, bath, Keurig, mini fridge

Large Group Meeting Spaces

Chairs and rectangle tables available, A/V includes projector, Apple computer, 2 wireless handheld mics, 3 wireless headsets.

Republic Hall - capacity 180 chairs

Independence Hall - capacity 90 chairs

Lone Star Pavilion - covered, overhead fans, sound system. Chairs upon request.

Swimming Pool

Lifeguards ($200 for 4 hours)

Ropes Course (subject to certified staffing availability. $500-700 includes 4 hours of zip line and/or giant swing)

Archery - Junior size bows (subject to certified staffing availability $200)

Heated Pool ($700 minimum) must have 30 days advanced notice.
