This survey is being administered to the communities of Amador County as part of the AmadorArts application process for the Community Impact Project Grant from the California Arts Council, a state agency.

California Arts Council states that this grant "intends to support collaborative projects that center artists and artistic practice in responding to issues facing California at this time, including the pervasive social, political, and economic inequalities."

Impact Project grants are for $18,000 and support arts organizations for collaborations between local artist(s) and community members to develop and express their own creative and artistic goals and address a community-defined need.
