Young Womyn of Strength Conference 6
Dear Friends,

The Office of Equity & Inclusion at Brooklyn Friends School is excited to announce the sixth annual Young Womyn of Strength Conference on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. This is an official invite for your school/organization to send one chaperone and a diverse group of young womyn leaders or future leaders in grades 7-12 to the conference! I am pleased to announce that Jada Monica Drew is the keynote speaker for the conference! The theme of this year's conference is: Self Care In The 21st Century. A primary goal of the conference is to provide young womyn with positive messages from local and regional role models. The workshops will empower young womyn to embrace and value their individual definitions of self. They will be interactive, informative and applicable to the lives of the young womyn. This conference is open to cisgender womyn, trans and gender non conforming individuals. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions that you may have.
Hope to see you there!
