UNIS Teacher Appreciation Offers
Dear Parents -

We have created this Google Form for you to add information about the activity you are willing to offer for Teacher Appreciation Day. Please note that the activity does not have to be offered on Teacher Appreciation Day itself, November 20, but can be offered at a different date during the school year. We are really excited about trying this out this year and are grateful that you are considering offering your talents and interests.

Please submit this Form by November 15. Teacher sign ups will begin on November 20.

Thank you for helping making this day special for our UNIS teachers!
