Both aquaculture and marine based industries are rapidly changing to adapt to the increasing global challenges, i.e., climate impact, supply chain bottlenecks, disease, and change in consumer demand. This survey is aimed to gauge state agencies, institutions and the private sector on their needs in future and current employees. The results will be used to generate new strategies in meeting these needs through new research, education, and investments.
