Welcome Squatchers!!

This Fall, we will be returning to one of the most active locations within the state of Kentucky!  We're going Easten. Private land and in the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest. 

Submitting this form will add you to our waiting list.  In the event of a cancellation, the next person in line on the list will be contacted. 

If you’re 18–20, bring someone 21+ with you—no exceptions.  

Children or pets are not permitted.  Any exceptions are at the KBRO's descretion. 

What's Included:

Campsite fees - Tent and vehicle tent space only

Hot breakfast on Friday and Saturday

Hot dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Speaker presentations

Night ops

Day hikes

Endless fun, lasting friendships and memorable comradary!

Fee - $200 per person payable at time of registration

Payment Options:

Venmo, Cash App and Check are the only payment options available. Payment for all participants must be recieved within 1 hour of registration form submission.  If sending a check, a photograph must be provided within the hour.

Cancellation Policy:

This is a first come first served event and regrettably, we are no longer able to provide refunds or credits for cancellations or failure to attend.  Please double check the dates and your availability. 

If you can no longer attend the expedition, your place will be awarded to the next person in line on the waiting list should numbers allow. In fairness to all participants, your place may not be gifted to another applicant not included on the waiting list without consultation with the KBRO. 

In the unlikely event of the expedition being cancelled by the KBRO, full credits will be provided for use on any future expedition without expiration.
