Fragments is open to anyone to submit, at any level of study or at any point in their career. And please note that multiple submissions are very welcome. Due to the experimental nature of such work, we anticipate most Fragments will not exceed five minutes, but this is not a hard limit. Occasionally we may contact creators to ask for further context. We will endeavour to publish all fragments submitted, in the spirit of openness and without judgement, but we do reserve the right to refuse publication where the editorial board agree this is appropriate.
