Thank you for your interest in the 2021 summer cohort of NAAPIMHA's Achieving Whole Health Program: Balancing Mind, Body, Spirit (
https://www.naapimha.org/achieving-whole-health). This interactive, online wellness program will be delivered in collaboration with Asian Women For Health (
www.asianwomenforhealth.org) with the goal of providing a holistic framework for empowering members of the Asian American Pacific Islander community to take an active role in their emotional health and well-being.
As a program participant, you will learn about the process of person-centered planning and a culturally responsive approach to support your whole health goals. These goals may include behavior change to improve nutrition, exercise, and/or stress management. You will also have the opportunity to gain important skills and insights from the collective experiences of a supportive Asian peer group that will not only benefit your life, but also the lives of others.
We are seeking a diverse group of 8-10 women, who self-identify as Korean Americans to participate in our upcoming training sessions on Sundays, starting May 23rd/4-6pm EST for 8 consecutive weeks.
