COVID-19 FOOD ORDER FORM
With the limited food pantry hours, Berlin-Boylston Regional School District is looking to re-open its food service operations next week on a limited basis, in an effort to help families in need. All perishable food supplies were donated to food pantries, so we are sending out this survey to see if families would access this if offered so that we can plan food orders accordingly. This is being offered to any students eligible for free/reduced lunch, and also other students experiencing difficulties accessing food resources.

The planning is in process, but the intent to provide 2 bagged lunches on each of the days listed, and additional items such as a piece of fruit and milk, to the extent possible, and depending on food availability from our vendors.

Orders need to be placed by noon the day before each scheduled pick-up. For example, to receive lunch on Tuesday, March 24th pick-up, all orders need to be received by Monday, March 23rd at noon.

Schedule for Pick-up
Tuesdays 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (grocery bag of lunch food)
Thursdays 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (grocery bag of lunch food)

Location:
All residents from both towns should pick up food at Tahanto Middle-High School.

There will be signage at each location to direct parents to pick up location.
Pick-up will happen at the designated pick-up location ONLY. You will not be allowed to enter the building.
