I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree that participation in Alpine Harmony Yoga Retreat organized by Yogic Spirits and Kosha Integrated Yoga involves physical activity, including but not limited to yoga practices, meditation, and other related activities. I understand and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities.

I am aware that yoga activities may involve a risk of personal injury and I voluntarily assume all risks and hazards incidental to the nature of the activities and release Yogic Spirits, its organizers, instructors, and associated personnel from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that may arise.

I am aware that some outdoor activities might change according to the weather.

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical or other conditions that might increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in physical activities.

I understand that Yogic Spirits and Kosha Integrated Yoga are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the retreat.

I also understand that my spot will be booked only after the reception of the deposit (150 CHF). The full payment needs to be done 1 month before the retreat (10 March 2026). 

Cancellation and refunds: 

Full refund  is possible if you cancel at least 90 days before the retreat
75% refund- 89-60 days before
50 % refund 59-30 days before
25% refund 29 or less days before

I have read and understood the terms of this waiver and agree to be bound by them voluntarily. I also understand that this agreement is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
