McDade ISD Title I Parent Involvement Survey
Dear Parent/Guardian:
All school districts receiving State and Federal Funding are required to issue a Parent Compact to families each year. This Compact outlines the responsibilities and rights of parents and gives suggestions for parent involvement each year. Please complete the survey below and acknowledge you received the compact at the beginning of the year or on your student's entry date. McDade ISD is a Title I District and as the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title I school you are an important part of the Title I team. Your input is vital in the planning and implementation of the parental involvement program and activities in our school. The focus of all Title I programs is to help eligible students meet the same high academic achievement standards expected of all children, regardless of socioeconomic status and background. The following survey is confidential and will be used to assist us with future planning for parental involvement activities and events at McDade ISD. Please complete the survey electronically. If you decide to print out and manually complete the survey, please return it to Central office, your student's teacher, or mailed to McDade ISD Federal Programs Director, P.O. Box 400, McDade, TX 78650.

Your input is valued at McDade School. Please take a few minutes to let us know your opinion. This information will be used to help us plan parent involvement activities for our school.
