Welcome to the registration site for Marquette University High School's Mothers Guild. Every MUHS mother is considered a member of Mothers Guild. By completing your registration, you provide our leadership with information so we can communicate with you about meetings and events. In addition, you let us know the ways you wish to be involved in Mothers Guild and MUHS. Please register as a member even if you can't currently volunteer. We ask that you do so no later than Wednesday, September 20, 2017.

Your registration donation of $10 will help fund Mothers Guild activities. After completing this online questionnaire, you can complete your registration by remitting your donation in one of two ways:

(1)  Drop Off: You or your son can drop off your $10 registration donation at the Mothers Guild table in the gym on Registration Day, August 21. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check made payable to "MUHS Mothers Guild."

(2)  By Mail: Send your $10 check made payable to "MUHS Mothers Guild" to MUHS, Attn: Mothers Guild - Holly Day, 3401 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI  53208.
