Welcome to this online survey on delivery of business benefit through business IT projects. There are 17 questions and it should only take 10-15 minutes.
Your responses are anonymous. Neither we nor other people will be able to identify who has responded what to which questions. We will however give you a separate opportunity to register your email address such that we can send you the findings of the research.
The survey requires information about the last business transformation project you have been involved in – as client or as a provider – and which was completed (successfully or aborted) more than 6 months ago. The project should have included an IT component and have had a budget larger than about £10,000. If you have not been involved in any such business IT projects in the last five years, please do not respond to this questionnaire.
You will have the opportunity to answer "don’t know" on every question and give additional text comments at the end of the survey. There is no requirement that you should have information about all aspects of the project to start the survey.
This research is being carried out jointly between optima IT ltd and Prof. Magne Jørgensen, Simula Research Laboratory.
