We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging exhibitors and demonstrators to share their knowledge, expertise, creativity and business with DONAMATRIX DAY WEEKEND 2025 Attendees.
Demonstrator: Demonstrate your healthy cooking, smoothie | juicing, service, use of product or seminar
Exhibitor: Showcase your business, service or product
Please be sure to read this page in its entirety before submitting your request form.
Criteria:
Exhibitor | Demonstrator placement is first come, first serve basis as determined by date request form received
Up to 2 10 x 10 spaces may be requested
Exhibitor | Demonstrator set-up must not exceed space size requested
Alcohol will not be sold or permitted on grounds
Bounce Houses and Moon Bounces not permitted on grounds
Exhibitors and Demonstrators must be an operating business, agency or organization
Exhibitors and Demonstrators will be responsible for having their own business and worker’s comp insurance
Exhibitor and Demonstrators must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, generators, non-combustible trash cans and etc.
All Exhibitors and Demonstrators should contact The City of Petersburg Commissioner of Revenue to inquire about business license requirements
If selling merchandise, products and/or services at the event, a Seller's Permit/License from your State AND City of Petersburg Business (Temporary) License is required
If you are NOT selling merchandise, products and/or services at the event, a Seller's Permit/License AND City of Petersburg Business License is NOT required
All Food & Drink Exhibitors and Demonstrators must complete and submit Temporary Food Establishment Application
Food Exhibitors | Demonstrators: At least 85% of menu must include healthy options
Set-up from 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM set-up must be complete by 8:00 AM | Break-down 2:30 PM

4.) For NON-VA Business Vendors selling merchandise are required to complete Virginia Temporary Sales Certificate/Return Form ST-50:

Exhibitors and Demonstrators who submit request form for DONAMATRIX DAY WEEKEND 2025 will be notified of the Commissioner of Revenue's approval/denial. Those participating must be available for the full day of the event.
