The Waipu Highland Games is a NOT FOR PROFIT event with proceeds from gate takings going to local organisations, promotion of Celtic culture and maintenance of the Privately owned Caledonian Park on behalf of the community.
The Games Committee puts in many hours during the year to organise the event, but cannot run such a large one day event without the help of volunteers.

Help is needed to set up the park prior to the games, run the games on the day and to ‘break down’ the day following the games.

Whilst it may be hard work, we have a lot of fun and you will enjoy a social event after the games are over. As a volunteer you will receive free entry to the park on Games Day.
