We have our beautiful and spacious main studio and one private room available for rent. These spaces have brick walls, a lot of windows and natural light, and it can be used for many purposes.
Costs for Yoga/Wellness Event Use:
This includes rentals that do not require us to move Tree equipment/supplies and where attendees will NOT be wearing shoes in the main studio space.
Note: There is a flat $150 cleaning fee added to each booking of the main room.
Main Room Pricing (~2500 sq ft):
-> Mon - Thu Hourly Rate (min. 2 hrs): $200
-> Mon - Thu Daily Rate (up to 9 hrs): $1400
-> Fri - Sun Hourly Rate (min. 2 hrs): $250
-> Fri - Sun Daily Rate (7 hrs+): $1750
Private Room Pricing (~240 sq ft):
-> Mon - Thu Hourly Rate (min. 2 hrs): $45
-> Mon - Thu Daily Rate (up to 9 hrs): $315
-> Fri - Sun Hourly Rate (min. 2 hrs): $55
-> Fri - Sun Daily Rate (up to 9 hrs): $385
Note: We are not involved in the registration or promotion of your event when you use our space. It is possible that we will share an IG post on our stories if you tag us, depending on the flow of our IG at the time and events that we are promoting ourselves.
Costs for Parties, Weddings, and other similar non-wellness-centered events:
This includes anything where people will have shoes on in the space and we may be moving equipment/furniture.
For these types of events the rental is a flat rate of $4240 (up to 12 hours - if it's longer than this, we can discuss on a case by case basis). This rate includes us clearing out all our yoga props and other related items from the space for you to have a clear open space for your event. This also includes the cleaning after so no extra cleaning fee will be added. Additionally, this fee includes extra bathrooms that are located just outside our studio door since inside we have only 1 restroom stall. You also have access to our kitchen and an extra private room that can be used however you like.
Costs for Film Production or other similar production use:
he rental is a flat rate of $10,000+ depending on the details and includes all that is listed in the above paragraph.
Parking & Other Details:
We have plenty of street parking on 60th street in front of our studio and there are two available parking lots available to be leased at an additional fee.
Some services + activities that work well in our space include: Acupuncture, Yoga classes, Massage Therapy, Reiki, Counseling, Doula Services, Chiropractor Services, Photoshoots, Retreats, Meetings, Party (birthday, baby shower, etc.), Banquet, much more!

We are located at the SoLa Beehive Campus - 918 E. 60th St, Los Angeles, CA 90001. We are only ten minutes south of downtown Los Angeles and 5 minutes from the 110 freeway. We offer an inviting, warm space with beautiful large windows, natural light, Central air/heat, wifi, high ceilings, and Audio/Visual equipment.
Note: We have a space use agreement/contract that must be signed to confirm bookings. For events, film, etc. a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is also required. 25% deposit options are available.
