Below is a list of ways S&C can be incorporated into your current club structure. Check all that you are interested in. (This does not have to be definite. We just want you to start thinking about incorporating S&C into the structure of your club)
S&C can be held in conjunction w/ practice: half players practice, other half in S&C then swap
We see us adding a separate S&C session during the week for the whole club to join
We want to hold a S&C off season or pre season camp to keep athletes strong and engaged
We want year round/in house S&C and athlete development consultation services
We want to make sure our athletes are doing S&C correctly and safety, but on their own time
We want our athletes to benefit from more mindfulness and mentorship on their own time
How many athletes or teams are you hoping to provide S&C for? If you have specific teams in mind, how many athletes are on those teams
We would like consolation services on athlete development, injury reduction, raising the clubs division status and making sport a more positive experience for our athletes etc
Sometimes parents have agreed to help fund our services with the club. Do you think parents would be willing to help fund S&C if it meant their child gets a more elite sporting experience and is also working to improve their mental well-being?
