The International 2025 Local Language Production License Request
DOTA 2 fans can create strictly noncommercial casts off DOTATV following the DOTA 2 Community Streaming License (see www.dota2.com/dotatv) and do not need to fill in the below form. If you want to create a local language production that is in any way commercial in nature, please request a license in the below form. Please be aware that we will not grant a license to create commercial productions off one of the languages that already have an official video feed (English, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, Russian).
