Student Application Deadline: Friday, April 17, 2026

School Counselor Application Deadline: Friday, May 1, 2026

Letters identifying the students application status will be mailed by June 1, 2026.

STEP ONE:
Students must complete the following application in its entirety. You will need your SCHOOL COUNSELOR'S NAME AND EMAIL.

Once complete, CLICK SUBMIT at the end of the form. The student/parent, and home school counselor should receive a notification that the student portion of the application has been submitted. Please check your spam for this response.

PLEASE USE CAPITALIZATION AND PROPER PUNCTUATION

For accepted students, data from this form is used for operating systems.
