Please understand that submission of this form is a request for student participants or performers and is not a guarantee.  Our students are academically driven and lead very busy performance schedules throughout the year, but we do our best to accommodate a variety of requests.  A member of our Dreyfoos staff will be in touch soon to let you know if we can fulfill your request. *
If the event is approved, a donation to our school's art area is expected so we can continue to fund our high level of arts education.  It is also a nice addition to recognize our students in a special way.
