TERMS OF SERVICE
- Payment must be made upfront via Paypal invoice, no refunds.
I accept split payments (half before we start, half once i send out the lineart for revision) only for commissions from €200 up.
Please be aware that I will also need some personal info such as full name and address in order to make a legal invoice.
Unless there is a specific deadline set before we start the project, please note that it may take me between 1 to 2 months to finish a commission, depending on the waiting list.
Fast delivery is a window between one week (for black and white) and 14 days (full render illustration).

I reserve all rights to the Illustrations. Commissions are intended for Personal Use only. You may share and post the illustrations online crediting ©Thesleepingfoxy.
When it comes to fan arts please be aware that I’m not affiliated to any fandom. Each fan art illustration is for Personal Use, unless the client is officially licensed to sell the illustration.
If you intend to use the Illustrations For Commercial Purposes a Fee is mandatory. This is due to the fact that I will not ask for any sales percentage on the published work. Online marketing falls under Personal use as of now.
Commercial work comes with a signed agreement. You can reach out to ask for a template.
If you decide to cancel the reservation please let me know in advance so I can contact someone else from my waitlist.
