Camp Firelight VBS 2024 at Glendale United Methodist Church - Nashville

It's time for one last summer camp adventure with God before school begins! We will explore timeless Bible stories that demonstrate how people trusted God in the face of their own fears and went on to do great things in God's name.

Kids will learn ways they can put their trust in God when they are afraid, challenged, or called to do God's work and share the Good News of God's love through Jesus Christ.

Pick up: 2:15pm
Cost: FREE!

All adults working with children are background checked. We follow Safe Sanctuaries policies and procedures at Glendale to keep all people safe.

In consideration for the child’s participation in Glendale United Methodist Church (GUMC) Vacation Bible School 2019, I/We, being 21 years of age or older, do for ourselves (myself) and on behalf of the minor child do hereby assume all risk and release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless GUMC, its staff and agents thereof from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned or child while participating in the VBS event.We/I understand recreation activities and other physical activity will be part of the event.We/I are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of this child, and hereby grant our (my) permission for him/her to participate fully in said activities, and hereby give our (my) permission to take the child to a doctor or hospital in the event of an emergency and hereby authorize medical treatment, and we assume the responsibility of all medical bills, if any. *
