The HSA President shall consult with the Principal or delegate on all matters regarding HSA programs and activities, preside over meetings, appoint sub-committees, be an ex-office member on all sub-committees and delegate such responsibilities as necessary to the effective functioning of the association. The HSA Vice President is a one-year term but two-year commitment. The Vice President shall act as an aide for the President and perform the duties of the President in absence or resignation of that officer.
