Cleaning Issue Report Form
This form is provided to address your needs and improve custodial service delivery.
Please review the form and use it to let us know if we need to address regular cleaning steps that were not completed.  This form replaces the Cleaning and Personal Protection Request Form, as you will be able to use this form to request replenishment of those items as well.

As a reminder, work orders (items outside of the daily/weekly cleaning needs) can be entered by using the Work Order Submission Form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc1V1Keaurey99QqsMdy65OAxkRFZNoBzB2gJDk8ul-bkhDaA/viewform).

Listed below are what you can expect for your classrooms on a daily and weekly basis.  
Daily:
Trash will be emptied
Desk tops, tables, counters, door knobs, light switches, and other high touch surfaces will be disinfected
Hard surface floors will be swept
Carpeted floors will be swept`
Spills and dried liquids on the floor will be spot mopped
Sinks, faucets, and faucet handles will be sprayed with disinfectant and wiped
Sanitizing materials (hand sanitizer, paper towels, and disinfectant) will be checked and restocked if necessary
Weekly:
Desk tops, tables, and counters will be cleaned and wiped to remove disinfectant build up
Cobwebs will be removed and high dusting will be completed
Hard surface floors will be mopped
