Circle of Balance: An Indigenous Meditation Experience Using 5 Senses
Thank you for your interest in attending the "Circle of Balance" meditation workshop.

Join Hope Engel, an Indigiqueer femme and “whole-istic” practitioner/teacher, for a transformative journey using Nature and the Medicine Wheel to connect with your ancestors, uncover your creative voice, and deepen your connection to the world.
  • Explore the four directions to gain holistic insights.
  • Engage directly with nature through immersive activities.
  • Reflect and share your experiences in a supportive community.
  • Learn micro and macro aspects of nature.
We invite participants to embrace the tranquility of the meditation session. In order to achieve a gentle and serene environment for everyone, participants are advised to refrain from wearing strong scents and/or smoking immediately before the session. Thank you for your mindfulness.
