Congratulations on your growing family! The CommUnity Pregnancy Support team wants to support you and your family as you navigate pregnancy and postpartum. We offer a safe, non-judgmental space to interact with other pregnant individuals, learn about various pregnancy/postpartum-related topics, and meet individually with our nurse practitioner and diverse doula team through Transformed Birth Services. This is not prenatal care, but an opportunity to receive additional education, support, referrals, and baby supplies. Those who qualify can also receive free doula services!
