The reason I ask all potential clients to complete an application form is because I choose only to work with clients who are open to learning and adapting for long term change. I am not interested in 4 weeks 'shred' transformations, I am interested solely in helping people live healthier and happier lives that are sustainable and fit in with their wider family and social lives. I can only educate and guide you, it will come down to you to action things in reality. I am a 'can-do' action taker and that's the type of client I like to work with. There will always be hurdles, and I will fully support you through every hurdle of your journey but I need you to trust me, trust the process and trust yourself. Openness and honesty are fundamental in us successfully working together and reaching your goals.

There are 3 options available to work with me:

  1. 1-2-1 Online Coaching: Main focus is on fat loss, habit and lifestyle change. Fully personalised with weekly check-ins, education and easy-access messaging support.
  2. Online Group Coaching : Again, the main focus is on fat loss, habit and lifestyle change. This is a more affordable option for many, as some elements of the programme are delivered on a group format, alongside two 1-2-1 review calls during the programme. The nVision & nHance 8 week programme has regular start dates throughout the year. With a progression programme called 'nHancing' 
  3. In-Person Personal Training: This is the best option if you primarily are focussed on wanting to improve your physical health through exercise. I primarily work with individuals new or returning to exercise with the aim to give you the confidence to access the gym or group exercise classes for long term, sustainable results. Session are held at the nPROVE Studio ( near Honiton, EX14 3LD)
