Philippine Independence Day Festival Performer Registration 2026
Thank you for your interest in performing for PAMANA's 128th Independence Day Festival at La Salette Shrine in Attleboro, MA on Saturday, June 6, 2026. We are excited to work with you for this event.

Performances will take place from 11am to 3pm. Please fill out this form by Saturday, May 2nd to let us know the basic details of your performance so we can plan how we can best support your performance. However, you can always reach out to us for comments, questions, and concerns. 

The PAMANA team will be in contact with you to confirm your participation.
