My vendor fee is $100+HST ($113.00) and must be paid within in 7 days of receiving my approval email to the e-transfer provided. I understand that my vendor fee is non-refundable *
This market will be held outdoors and vendors will be required to supply their own tent no larger than 10x10, tables, chairs, shelving, décor and anything else they need for their vendor booth. I understand that I must come prepared for all types of weather including rain, wind, heat etc. *
I understand that both The Hometown Market and the venue have the right to reschedule or cancel this market due to an unprecedented situation like weather, or COVID-19 due to a government mandate which makes the market unable to run. *
If our market is unable to run due to poor weather, a rain date will be provided 48 hours before the scheduled market. *
FOOD VENDORS ONLY: I declare that I will abide all Provincial Public Health requirements around the current state and ever changing state of affairs and/or dealing with safe food handling procedures *
I understand that the purpose of these events are for networking, interacting with our community, promoting your brand and to have a fun experience. I understand that the host is NOT responsible for the number of guests who attend, and that they will do their absolute best in promoting all events in a timely manner on all social media platforms. *
I understand that setup will begin at 8:00am and must be completed by 9:45am. A setup email will be provided for you the week of the market.   *
I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain my own vendor insurance the day of the market. In the event that insurance is NOT obtained, I assume all liability for any and all occurrences that happen the day of the market. *
Please note: You must agree to the following terms in order to participate.  1: I will abide by treating all, guests, vendors and hosts with the upmost respect leading up to and during all events. 2: I understand that any slander will terminate my presence a the market, and any future markets without a refund. 3: I understand that if I do not arrive the day of the market or cancel, I forfeit my vendor fee. 4: I understand that all vendor fees are NON-refundable. 5: I understand that I am not permitted to leave the market early, unless given the approval by the market organizer. (unless due to illness or emergency) 6: I understand that The Hometown Market and the venue are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 7: I understand that it is also my responsibility to help promote the market I am participating in. I will promote in a positive manner on all social media platforms leading up to the event. *
