Workforce Training Programs Enrollment Application
Thank you for your interest in Bethel New Life workforce training programs. All programs listed are free, candidates must meet all enrollment and eligibility requirements. All interested candidates must complete this application to be considered for enrollment in workforce training program opportunities.

Participation in workforce programs also provides access to our:

Completion of this application is for enrollment consideration in one of the following workforce training programs:
- Advanced Manufacturing Training (AMT)
- Transportation Distribution & Logistics (TDL)
- Jumpstart Advanced Bootcamp (JAB)

AMT is taught in conjunction with our partner the Technology Manufacturing Association (TMA), resulting in 3 NIMS (National Institute of Metalworking Skills) Certifications and customized individual job placement support through our network of manufacturing industry employer partners. AMT combines theory and hands-on training in set-up, operation, programming of a CNC mill and CNC lathe and training on the additive manufacturing process along with the best trainers in the manufacturing industry to be competitive for careers in advanced manufacturing.

TDL is taught in conjunction with experts from the transportation, distribution and logistics industry to ensure you have the fundamental skills and experiences needed to secure a employment in one of the fastest growing industries. Hands on training on TDL equipment, facility tours and industry certificate.

JAB is a one week fast track intensive training to help you successfully navigate changing careers, mastery the job search process and refreshing essential job skills. Hands on technology skill refresher and resume clinic.

Most classes are held Monday through Friday from 10 am - 3 pm at the Technology Elevation Center - TEC 4950 on the campus of Bethel New Life located at 4950 W. Thomas St., in Chicago.
