SURVEY ON EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT
Dear colleagues,

As a part of a NORDPLUS project called EMOTIONS:
We are making a handbook for adult educators about handling different emotions in teaching, training situations. We are working closely with colleagues from the Nordic and Baltic Countries and we are investigating how adult educators might gain useful tools to handle psychologically unstable learners.
If you want to read more about you project you can do so here http://zispb.lt/en/projects/emotion or https://ec.europa.eu/epale/en/content/how-manage-emotions
For this handbook to make sense and before it can be useful and needed, we really need your input. We have therefore made a survey where you will need to consider what tools you might miss in specific situations, where your own or the learners’ emotions lead to inexpedient behaviour.
You are also very welcome to share examples from your own work, so that we can take them as starting points in shaping the book.
