2020-2021 Remote Learning Registration Form
Boulder Elementary School is developing a reopening plan for the fall of 2020. Based on recent survey information, we know that some families will be keeping their children home and requesting a full-time remote learning option from the District. In order to support family needs, our school needs to adjust student and teacher schedules. This requires a commitment from parents now in order to allow our school to plan.

This form is due July 31, 2020.
