T-Ball is for 4-6 year olds. It runs on Thursday's starting May 17th until June 21st from 6-7pm $15
Ultimate frisbee will be running for children aged 7+. It runs on Thursday's starting May 17th until June 21st from 6-7pm. $15
Soccer will be running for children aged 3-4 and 5-6. It runs from Thursday July 5th until August 23rd from 6-7pm. $20

PARENTAL CONSENT: The Crystal Beach Lakeview Community Association assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained by any participants registered in a recreational activity sponsored or supervised by, otherwise under the control of, officials or representatives of the Association. A parent/guardian must indicate consent to the participation of the child in these activities by signing below. Please note this is not a drop-off activity. Parents are expected to attend, to assist, and to supervise their children. This activity is not run through the City of Ottawa. Volunteers and coaches are not screened through the City of Ottawa Police Records Check, and not trained in First Aid or CPR.
