The Challenge We’re Addressing: Our customers have been requesting a better notification experience that helps agents stay on top of their work so they can communicate with customers more effectively when managing multiple conversations.
What We’re Building: This new notifications experience will transform the existing notification work list into a comprehensive event tracker with enhancements that keep notifications organized and discoverable.

This early access program will be the first of many enhancements we plan on building to significantly improve the way agents receive notifications about their work.
How to Join: Interested in participating in our early access program? Respond below! Spots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The new experience will be activated on your account the week of August 18th.
What’s expected of participants: those enrolled will be asked to provide feedback (email, live conversation or survey) at least once throughout the course of the EAP
