2026 MAEN In-Person Registration Form

This year's conference will be held Sunday, July 19, Monday, July 20, and Tuesday July 21 at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri.

Registration Instructions:

Please register each Conference attendee individually. Please answer all required questions (*), or you will not be able to submit the registration.

Registration is $300. Presenters are 50% off, or $150. The registration fee includes all materials from break-out sessions, as well as various snacks and meals. (Presenters must also submit separate Presenter Proposal 2026 form, and have it approved by the MAEN Board of Directors.)

Vendors/sponsors must complete one registration form per company, and submit the applicable charge (see Conference Fee Schedule), which includes a table, chairs, and electricity. Additional items may be purchased by vendors/sponsors by selecting from our menu of options.

When you agree to the Registration Instructions and Cancellation Policy, the form will then ask for payment. There are three ways to pay...

1) By requesting a PO at maen4kids@gmail.com

2) By calling Julia White, Treasurer of MAEN, at (816)304-2687 with a credit card.

You MUST submit your PO Request or Payment within one week of registering.

You must be registered by June 19. This is the date we must have the final numbers to the Lodge of Four Seasons.

Please note that the Lodge is only offering discounted rooms for Sunday and Monday nights. In order to secure a room before Sunday the Lodge has a policy that the customer must purchase Friday and Saturday night at the regular room rate because it is the height of tourist season. MAEN has nothing to do with the Lodge's policy.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the Conference, you must contact MAEN at maen4kids@gmail.com on or before July 1, 2026, for a full refund. You are responsible for payment if you do not attend and do not notify MAEN on or before July 1, 2026.

You may book your room directly with the hotel by calling 888-265-5500. The hotel will not accept reservations after June 19, 2026.
