Meals Sponsoring For the                        General Services Staff Appreciation Lunch - Tuesday November 22                              
Thank you for your interest to contribute to the annual GSS appreciation lunch. Our goal is to sponsor 170 meals & desserts so that each GSS member receives a bag of one meal or more.  

This form will be used to track the number of meals & desserts ordered by the community.

If you are making a large food order (more than 10 meals),  you will need to contact your food provider ahead of time to arrange possible downpayment & delivery details. Please do so to avoid any surprises.

For ordering MEALS, please note that each meal must:

1- contain meat or chicken with rice, or potatoes.
2- include utensils.
3- include a drink.
4- be individually packed by the food provider.

For ordering DESSERTS, please note that each box must:

1- have a minimum of 4 pieces
2- contain individual pieces. (examples: mini gateaux soiree, cupcakes with icing, oriental basboosa, konafa, zalabya etc,..

Please don't bring ice cream, large cakes for hygiene, packing & melting purposes!

2-  Please arrange that the meals are delivered between 10 -1 pm to the CAC Front gate road 253 on Tuesday Nov, 22
