*All submissions must include details of the organizing group and contact information. If they do not, they will not be included in the notes.
*Please include full event details about the location (noting that multiple Yale buildings have common names)
*If your student group received funding from McDougal GSL, please include "McDougal Graduate Student Life" as a funder in your event description. Suggested phrases are "with support from McDougal GSL" or "with partial funding from McDougal GSL"
*If alcohol will be served at your event, please note in your description that it is only for 21+ (examples: "Must be 21+ with photo ID to be served alcohol" or "21+ with photo ID to be served alcohol").
*If tickets are required, please include the cost of a ticket and where they can be purchased, including an email or URL.
Please make sure to SUBMIT YOUR EVENT BY THURSDAY at midnight in order to include your submission in the following Sunday's notes. We can't guarantee to include events submitted after this time. Thank you!
Announcements are included as space permits and at the discretion of Graduate Student Life. Submissions may be edited for space, timeliness, and tone as needed. Due to space constraints, we will only publish one submission per week per group. We will try to run each submission for two weeks (unless limited by space) or until the event has already passed, which ever comes first.
