956Productions Safety Tipline
This form was created to provide participants of 956Productions events (such as Vortex Gallery) an easy and (optionally) anonymous method of coming forward with reports of misbehavior within our events. Any behavior that goes against our Code of Conduct*, such as targeted harassment, abuse, or any other behaviors that are unfit for our community, is unacceptable, & unwelcome by the staff of 956Productions & the community we work with

If another individual or group within the community has made you uncomfortable while participating in our events we urge you to come forward with your reports.

This form is managed by these 956P Administrators: Hagure, Osugure & Shiburizu. Anything shared here will be kept strictly confidential, and will ONLY be shared with these listed members. Depending on the situation, we may request to share information with other 956Productions members to assist in addressing the misconduct, but only after obtaining consent from the submitter (& afflicted parties as deemed necessary).

We understand that it can be very difficult to share reports of these incidents, and 956Productions will support your agency & wishes during this process. Sharing these incidents can go a great way in helping us keep the most marginalized members of our community safe and comfortable to enjoy 956Productions events.

We also accept anonymous incident reports with this form, but without a way to obtain consent by the reporter/afflicted parties may be limited in how we are able to respond. If you do decide disclose your identity & provide your contact information, we will confidentially reach out to you to discuss how you would like for us to proceed with the information provided.
